  18. 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

  1. Preheat oven to 400 °.
  2. Toss squash with olive oil and transfer to a baking sheet. Bake for about 30 minutes, turning halfway through until squash is tender.

I like to bake mine a little longer until all the cheeses are very melty through the whole dish.
